September is coming up fast and, for most people, it is Fantasy football season. Almost every Fantasy football fan is getting ready for their drafts in hopes of walking out victorious. One of the most important things about a Fantasy team, is your starting quarterback. Here are the top 10 quarterbacks for the 2015 NFL season:

1. Aaron Rodgers, Green Bay Packers

For the past few seasons, Rodgers has been a must have for Fantasy owners who are not scared about taking a quarterback early on in Fantasy drafts. He puts up huge Fantasy numbers each season and is as reliable as one can get at quarterback.

With the wide receiving corps that he has to throw to, Rodgers will have too many options to struggle. He has a great arm that is a perfect fit with his vision.

2. Andrew Luck, Indianapolis Colts

He has all the tools to pass Rodgers as the top Fantasy quarterback this year. Luck has a great wide receiving corps and the offense is always throwing the ball.

Luck will be a great Fantasy quarterback, so it is a win-win on whoever you pick between Luck and Rodgers. The two of them are both going to put up outstanding Fantasy numbers.

There might be a good chance that Luck passes Rodgers this upcoming season for best Fantasy quarterback. People might have Luck as #1, but you cannot beat the reliability and excellence Rodgers has shown over the past few years..

3. Russell Wilson, Seattle Seahawks

With his contract extension now signed, Wilson climbs into the #3 spot in the rankings. Last year, he was an amazing middle round option for any team that did not want to draft highly on quarterback.

With the addition of Jimmy Graham to the Seahawks offense, the Fantasy value for Wilson will take a large step forward. Wilson has a lot of good options at wide receiver, and even though the Seahawks are run heavy teams with Marshawn Lynch, the team will still be looking to master the passing game. He will be producing week-in and week-out for Fantasy owners.

4. Tony Romo, Dallas Cowboys

We all know what Tony Romo can do in Fantasy. Romo has Dez Bryant as the #1 wide receiver, so drafting Romo to become your starting quarterback is not a bad idea.

Romo has been an impressive quarterback Fantasy wise over the past few years. With the loss of Demarco Murray, the team will look to pass more, giving Romo a spike in production. Romo will be riding high in Fantasy numbers for quarterbacks this upcoming season.

5. Peyton Manning, Denver Broncos

No matter how old, he is a threat while starting at quarterback. Even though he is going into this season with most likely the worst offensive line he has played with, Manning is still one of the best Fantasy options at quarterback; you cannot go wrong with him.

He has proven time and time again that he is still one of the best quarterbacks in the league. Unless Manning retires or starts to decline, drafting him as your Fantasy quarterback is a smart idea. If you want to wait and draft your other spots first, he will most likely be available in the fourth or fifth round.

6. Ryan Tannehill, Miami Dolphins

You could be asking yourself, how is Ryan Tannehill in the top 10 of this Fantasy quarterback ranking. Sure, he has not proven that he has been a good Fantasy quarterback yet. But with the team that Miami has this season, this writer is a big believer that Tannehill will play up to his potential, becoming a solid Fantasy quarterback. He has a great receiving core in Miami who will be looking to break out this season under Tannehill.

Drafting Tannahill as a sleeper will turn out to be a pick you will not regret. He is worth the risk and will become a top 10 Fantasy quarterback after this upcoming season is over.

7. Drew Brees, New Orleans Saints

Even with a horrible season last season, and losing big time target in Jimmy Graham. Drew Brees will still be a reliable starting quarterback for your team. He has a good wide receiving core. It is smart to have a good backup for Brees, just in case he does not perform up to expectations. Other than that Brees is still a good quarterback to take a risk on. He will still be there in the late rounds.

8. Ben Roethlisberger, Pittsburgh Steelers

One person everyone is going to have their eye on this season is going to be Big Ben. He has a talented wide receiving core that is led by star Antonio Brown. Having a lot of good options leads to higher Fantasy points. He will be producing good numbers with the team in front of him.

9. Matt Ryan, Atlanta Falcons

Matt Ryan has been an up-and-down type of Fantasy quarterback. This season might be a different story for Ryan. He has been improving his game and with  a new head coach and a new system, he will become the solid quarterback he was previously.

Ryan has loads of weapons this to work with this season that includes but is not limited to Roddy White and Julio Jones. Ryan going to be someone to watch for in Fantasy leagues.

10. Eli Manning, New York Giants

Surprising selections to end the top 10. It came down to Eli Manning and Cam Newton. With the Fantasy potential that he has this upcoming season, there wasn’t a good reason why Manning should not be in the top 10.

Last season, Odell Beckham Jr. was the star wide receiver and with Victor Cruz back and the team signing Shane Vereen a pass-catching running back, Manning will be a sleeper in this year’s Fantasy football draft.

Honorable Mention: Tom Brady, New England Patriots:

Even though that Tom Brady is suspended the first four games of the season, when he comes back in Week 6, he will be looking to redeem himself. So drafting him would be a really smart idea, knowing how good Brady can be when he is motivated.

Just have a good replacement quarterback for the first five weeks. If Brady was not suspended, he would be one of the top quarterbacks in this year’s ranking.
