4. Jamaal Charles, RB, Kansas City Chiefs

Charles is a Fantasy stud year after year. He has proved to be one of the best players the NFL has to offer and he is well worthy of a top Fantasy selection.

Last season, Charles rushed for 1,033 yards and nine touchdowns. His carries have been on the decline, but I expect him to see the ball much more than he has recently. Like Peterson, the environment around him will improve his Fantasy performance.

Alex Smith has several targets and the addition of Jeremy Maclin will take a lot of attention away from Charles. Travis Kelce is also going to help Charles, as his excellent blocking and pass catching ability will be a handful for the defense.

Charles also does work from the receiving part of the game, racking up 291 receiving yards and five touchdowns last season. If Charles can stay healthy, I have no problem believing he will total 1,400+ all-purpose yards.
