13. Victor Oladipo
Draft: 2013
Pick: 2nd overall
College: Indiana

Oladipo has lived up all the hype of being selected second overall in 2013, and the Orlando Magic have every intention of Oladipo being their face of the franchise. The former First Team All-American saw a nice rise in his statistical numbers in his second season over his rookie year. After putting up 13.8 points with a 41.9/32.7/78 percentage line his first year, Oladipo got it up to 17.9 points per with a 43.6/33.9/81.9 percentage line last season.

It is his body that will make Oladipo into a special player though; he has proven his defensive ability after being the Big 10 Defensive Player of the Year in his junior year at Indiana and has averaged 1.6 steals per game in his first two NBA seasons. He is also among the most athletic wings you will ever find in the NBA for a player that young (only 23 years old).

With absolutely vicious dunking ability combined with potent defensive ability and scoring that has shown to be improving quickly, Oladipo is set to become perhaps a top five two-guard in the NBA when his time comes. The better Oladipo gets, the closer the Magic likely move to a perennial playoff team as well.
